I bought the home this time last year for 360 with 17K cash back for repairs and holding costs. After interviewing a few contracts the bill to reasonable update this home is 50-100K. I was WAY OFF. That's what happens when you buy sight-unseen and lack construction experience.

The seminars teach to buy the worst looking house on the best street. That's what I did but I kind of under-estimated the repair bill. So now somebody else is finishing it up. I'm glad I was able to sell this thing.
